What makes this group unique

Peer-led and trauma-informed

Held by people who have walked the path of healing from narcissistic or emotionally unavailable parenting — creating safety, empathy, and trust.

Focused on emotional wellness

This group centers your mental health, boundaries, identity, and inner-child work — not fixing the parent, but nurturing the adult you're becoming.

Safe and validating

There's no need to explain, justify, or minimize your story. Your pain is real, and your healing is valid.

What to expect in each session

Supportive check-ins

Share your current experiences and challenges, or simply listen — every voice and silence is respected.

Meaningful discussions

Setting boundaries, dealing with guilt or gaslighting, breaking generational cycles, reparenting yourself, and finding self-trust.

Tools for healing

Grounding practices, communication strategies, and emotional-regulation techniques to support growth beyond survival mode.

Community and connection

Be part of a group that understands the invisible grief, the loneliness, and the strength it takes to heal from a family that never saw the real you.

Who should join

For adult women who grew up with narcissistic, emotionally immature, or unavailable parents and are seeking community, clarity, and healing. Whether you're low-contact, no-contact, or still figuring it out — this space is for you.

The grey area of a transition is incredibly hard and support is critical to feeling like you have your footing. I want to help carry the weight of these decisions so you can be as free to hold as many emotions as you need to, not just the heaviness of change. I work most often with those going through big life transitions - becoming a parent, changing careers, ending a relationship, setting major boundaries, stepping into a caretaking role for an aging or ailing parent, you name it. I will work with you to explore multiple different solutions - even if the solution is just being more compassionate toward yourself and finding radical acceptance for the phase that you're in. Whether you're preparing for the beginning, in the messy middle, or processing the end of something - I'll be here to get through it with you.
