Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of mamayahealth.com and Mamaya Health services. By using the site or enrolling in services, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Mamaya Health is a registered brand and trade name of WellNash LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 1 Vantage Way, Ste E-130, Nashville, TN 37228. References in these Terms to “Mamaya,” “Mamaya Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean WellNash LLC operating under the Mamaya Health brand.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
Account registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Keep your password confidential.
- Notify us immediately at support@mamayahealth.com of any unauthorized use.
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
What Mamaya provides
Mamaya Health matches women with licensed therapists, certified coaches, and prescribing psychiatric providers, and publishes self-paced digital programs on women’s mental health topics. Clinical services are delivered by independently credentialed providers through our partner practice-management platform (AdvancedMD).
Not a medical emergency service
Mamaya is not appropriate for psychiatric emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or a mental-health crisis (including thoughts of suicide or harming yourself or others), call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.
State licensure
Therapy and medication-management services are only available in states where the provider you’re matched with holds an active license. Coaching and self-paced programs do not carry a state-licensure requirement and are available nationally.
Payment
- Therapy and medication management: billed to your health insurance or self-pay rate through our clinical partner; subject to that provider’s financial policies.
- Coaching: cash-pay; HSA/FSA eligible where applicable.
- Programs: one-time payment; lifetime access for the account-holder of record.
Oura Ring integration
You may connect your Oura Ring via the Oura API. By connecting, you authorize Mamaya Health to access, retrieve, and process the health and wellness data from your Oura account as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining your Oura account and complying with Oura’s terms. Mamaya is independent from Oura Health Oy and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Oura.
You may disconnect your Oura Ring at any time through your account settings or via Oura. Disconnecting stops further data retrieval but does not automatically delete previously synced data. To delete synced data, contact support@mamayahealth.com. The availability and accuracy of Oura data depends on the Oura API and your device.
Blueprint measurement-based care
Your clinician may enroll you in Blueprint, a digital service that administers clinical assessments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, and others) via SMS, email, or the Blueprint mobile app. Research shows measurement-based care leads to better outcomes.
Blueprint is billable. Most clients have no additional cost, but some insurance plans may pass through a charge. Contact your scheduler or office coordinator if you have concerns about cost. Blueprint is HIPAA-compliant, operates under a signed Business Associate Agreement with Mamaya Health, and does not sell personally identifiable data. Request deletion by emailing support@blueprinthealth.com with the subject “Account Deletion.” Blueprint’s full privacy policy is at blueprinthealth.com/privacy.
AI Clinical Assistant (ambient listening & transcription)
Your clinician may use AdvancedMD’s AI Clinical Assistant during your visit to automate clinical documentation:
- Ambient Listening & Scribing captures a recording of your session, transcribes it using a medical-vocabulary AI, and generates a clinical note in one of several formats.
- Action Items analyzes the transcript and suggests additions to your chart (problems, medical history, allergies, medications, lab orders) and note elements (chief complaint, reason for visit, vitals). Your clinician reviews and approves every suggestion before it becomes part of your record.
You are in control of the recording. You will be informed before recording begins. You may decline recording, or request that your clinician pause or stop recording at any time during the session, without affecting your care. Recordings and transcripts are stored within AdvancedMD under its BAA and accessible only to your care team.
