Your Safety Comes First
The Mamaya community is here for connection and support. It is not a crisis service, and it is not monitored in real time. If you're in crisis, please reach the people who can help right now.

This is peer support, not clinical care
The community and our free groups offer support from people with shared experience. They are not therapy or medical care, not a substitute for treatment, and not for emergencies.
We’re not watching in real time
Please don’t rely on the community for an urgent response. Posts aren’t monitored around the clock, and we can’t guarantee that someone will see a message right away. In an emergency, always use the resources above.
How we look out for one another here
We pair caring community leaders with technology that helps notice when someone may be struggling, so we can gently surface support and these resources. Think of it as a safety net among friends — never a substitute for emergency care.
Our live groups
Mamaya’s live, scheduled support groups are facilitated by licensed therapists, who follow their own clinical protocols for keeping participants safe.
Looking after yourself here
It’s okay to take breaks, mute a conversation, or step away anytime. Protect your peace — you never owe the community your story.
