“Serving out my purpose in real-time.” The greatest gift I’ve been given has been to serve others. I’ve had the duty and pleasure of supporting those with disabilities, at-risk, and mental health struggles for over 20 years. I provide individual, family, and group therapy. In addition, clinical interventions for children and adolescents exhibiting significant emotional and behavioral disturbances and assisting those experiencing depression and anxiety through the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Working with people to develop strategies that help them live the life they desire the way they desire is my passion.
