About
Hi, I’m Rachel Munch (she/her), a master’s-level clinician passionate about helping teens, adults, and couples build deeper connections and navigate life’s complexities with clarity and compassion. I earned my B.S. in Psychology from Norwich University in Vermont and my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in Virginia. My clinical experience spans a wide range of settings—from adolescent inpatient programs to adult outpatient care—giving me a well-rounded perspective on emotional and relational challenges across the lifespan. As a certified SYMBIS Assessment Facilitator and a clinician trained in the Gottman Method, I have a particular passion for couples therapy. I believe that addressing relationship dynamics and attachment wounds can be transformative for both individuals and partnerships. I use a flexible, integrative approach that draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Whether you're working to manage emotions, strengthen a relationship, or simply reconnect with yourself, each session is tailored to your unique goals and values. Clients describe me as approachable, insightful, and empowering. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and motivated as you work toward healing and meaningful change. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my husband, our son our various animals. If you’re ready to move forward with confidence and care, I’d be honored to work with you.
