About

Hi, I’m Laurie—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Perinatal Mental Health Certified provider passionate about supporting women through all stages of motherhood. Whether you’re navigating perinatal anxiety, depression, loss, identity shifts, or the complex emotions of parenting, I offer a compassionate, grounded space to process, reflect, and heal. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals of all ages and in various treatment settings, but my heart lies in maternal mental health. I’m a mom, stepmom, and dog mom—and I’ve personally faced many of the same challenges my clients bring to therapy, including perinatal depression, stillbirth, and redefining my role as a step-parent. I bring not just clinical expertise but real-life understanding and empathy to our work together. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to support your story with honesty, transparency, and deep respect. I strive to build a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely connected. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) integrated where useful. Outside of my professional role, I love spending time in the sunshine—especially walking or taking my son to parks and play gyms. I also enjoy getting lost in psychological thrillers and relaxing with a good game show. If you’re ready to begin or continue your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
