About

I became a therapist because I’ve always found myself helping others. I believe that healing happens often through relationships, and I feel honored to help people heal through our therapeutic relationship. I’ve had the privilege to join clients in their journey of growth and discovery, helping them connect the dots along the way. I believe everyone has the ability and capacity to change. I enjoy celebrating the wins, both big and small, alongside my clients. My approach to therapy is eclectic, pulling from modalities like dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), solution focused therapy, and internal family systems therapy (IFS). I believe therapy is collaborative and always try to meet clients where they are. Your session is your time, and I want you to get what you need out of it. I primarily work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, grief, and perinatal/postpartum mental health challenges. Life is full of change and transition, and I want to help clients in those journeys. Whether it’s starting college, becoming a parent, leaving a toxic situation, or some other change, I’m happy to be by your side through it.
