About
Hi, I’m Grace! I believe therapy is one of the few places where you can lay down what you have been carrying and feel someone meet you with steadiness instead of judgment. My role is to walk beside you as you make sense of your experiences, honoring the parts of your story that may have felt too heavy, too complicated, or too quiet to share elsewhere. I work to create a space where you can breathe, settle, and feel understood. I do not believe healing follows a single path. I draw from TF-CBT, IFS informed parts work, and DBT skills, weaving these approaches together in a way that fits your needs rather than forcing you into a mold. I use these approaches in a way that centers your needs, history, and goals. Together, we will explore what you are carrying, understand the patterns that have helped you cope, and build toward the kind of change that feels meaningful to you. I care deeply about supporting people who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, identity questions, or the feeling of being stuck or disconnected. I am especially committed to creating affirming spaces for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients, and I welcome anyone who is trying to understand themselves more fully or move through a difficult chapter with support. You do not have to figure it out alone. I am here to listen closely, meet you where you are, and help you feel grounded in your own experience. Outside of the therapy room, I love film, art, painting, exploring local parks, and finding small moments of calm in my day. I value creativity, curiosity, and connection, and I bring that same appreciation for the whole person into the therapeutic space. I believe our identities, relationships, and lived experiences shape how we heal, and I hold those pieces with care as we work together.
