About

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy works best when people feel comfortable being their real selves. My style is warm, down to earth, and collaborative, and I welcome humor in the therapy space. I show up as my genuine, sometimes goofy self because healing doesn’t have to feel stiff or intimidating. I support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, identity questions, trauma, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or adjusting to a new chapter, my goal is to help you better understand what you’re experiencing, reconnect with your strengths, and build tools that actually work in real life. I have a strong passion for women’s mental health and offer support during pregnancy and the postpartum period, including mood and anxiety challenges, identity shifts, and the emotional complexity that can come with early parenthood. I aim to create a validating, judgment free space where clients can be honest about what they’re going through. I also bring meaningful experience working with refugees and immigrants, supporting individuals and families as they navigate trauma, cultural adjustment, and identity development with care and cultural humility. I also have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and their families. I value creating a space where kids and teens feel heard, understood, and empowered with skills they can carry beyond therapy. At the heart of my work is the belief that people already have the capacity for healing and growth. Therapy is a space to reconnect with that strength and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.
