I’m Monica a graduate student at the University of Kentucky beginning my very first internship. I believe together we can work through the challenges of life from emotional pain to anxiety depression. We will work to heal the relationship strain and bridge the disconnect from self and the mind, body and soul. As a team we will work to rebuild a life rooted in clarity, balance, and self-worth. Lastly, I will provide a safe and judgement free space.
