How your portal works.
Your Mamaya care portal is a calm, private place for your care between sessions. Here’s a guide to each part of it.
Signing in
Enter your email address on the sign-in page. We send a six-digit code to your inbox — type it in and you’re through. There’s no password to remember, and the code is different every time.

Your starting point
What is this?
Home is where the portal opens. It greets you by name and gives you a quick picture of where you are — a check-in prompt, your next session, your care team, the programs available to you, and peer support groups.
The check-in card
The card at the top is your check-in. Tap Start to move three short sliders about how you're feeling, and add a note if you want to. It takes under a minute, and it helps your care team meet you where you are at your next session.
Your next session
Below the check-in you'll see your next appointment — who it's with, the date and time, and whether it's a video visit or in person. Tap through for the details, or open Sessions for your full history.

Sessions
Upcoming and past visits
What is this?
Sessions shows all of your visits with Mamaya clinicians — what's coming up at the top, and everything past below it.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
At the bottom of Sessions there's a button to request a change. Tap it and our scheduling team is notified — we'll text you, or email you if your texts are off, and find a new time with you.
You don't move the appointment yourself, so nothing changes until a person has confirmed it with you.
Need to change something right away? You can text our scheduling team on (615) 988-4763.
Insights
Understanding yourself
Insights
Understanding yourself
What is this?
Insights is a calm, private picture of how you've been — your check-ins over time, your body's signals, and the season you're in, side by side. It gets more useful the longer you use it.
What are signals?
Signals are the different sources feeding that picture: your check-ins, your sleep and recovery data if you've connected an Oura ring, your cycle if you use Oova, and your current season at Mamaya.
What does “your season” mean?
Women move through different seasons — fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and beyond. Your season reflects where you are now, and it shapes which programs and content we put in front of you.
Is this private?
Your Insights view is yours. Your care team sees a high-level summary of your check-ins so they can prepare for a session — not the individual slider values, and not your notes.

Messages
Your care team conversations
What is this?
Messages keeps a record of what your Mamaya care team has sent you — emails, texts, and in-portal messages — grouped by person, so nothing gets lost in a crowded inbox.
Who will I see here?
A thread for the people on your care team, and a separate place for emails and texts from our scheduling and administrative team.
Can I message my therapist here?
Between-session messaging is part of async coaching, so it's available if you're enrolled in that. For anything else, the fastest way to reach us is below.
Your care team
Everyone supporting you
Your care team
Everyone supporting you
What is this?
The Care tab lists everyone at Mamaya actively supporting you — your therapist, the clinician managing your medication if you have one, and your coach if you're enrolled in coaching.
What if I don't recognise someone?
People are added to your care team when you have an appointment with them, so a name can appear after a single visit. If someone there doesn't look right, tell us and we'll check it.
Programs
Self-paced courses
Programs
Self-paced courses
What is this?
Programs are self-paced online courses built around the seasons of a woman's life, with new ones added over time.
How is a program different from therapy?
A program is self-guided — you move through it on your own schedule. It's built to sit alongside your care rather than replace it, and some women use one between sessions to go deeper on what they're already working on.
How do I enrol?
Programs appear on your Home screen, and each one has a page explaining what's included and how to join. Some include optional coaching as an add-on.
Peer support groups
Free community offerings
Peer support groups
Free community offerings
What is this?
Peer support groups are free, therapist-facilitated virtual groups. They're a place to sit with other women in a similar season — because none of this was meant to be done alone.
What groups are available?
Groups run on things like new motherhood, seasonal wellness, and healing from difficult family dynamics. Each listing shows how often it meets, how long it runs, and when the next one starts.
How do I join?
Every group listing has a register link, on your Home screen or on our groups pages. Some run as closed cohorts that start together on a set date.
Oura ring
Optional sleep and recovery data
Oura ring
Optional sleep and recovery data
What is this?
If you wear an Oura ring, you can connect it so your sleep and recovery data sits alongside the rest of your care. It's completely optional.
What data do you use?
Your daily summary scores only — sleep, readiness, and HRV. Not your raw movement data, not your heart-rate history, and nothing else your ring records.
What does connecting it actually do?
Your sleep and readiness show next to your check-ins, so you and your care team can see how your body is recovering and how you're feeling move together — and what's worth changing.
How do I connect it?
On your Home screen, find the card headed “Wearable signals” and follow it through. You'll authorise the connection with Oura themselves, in their own sign-in. You can also get there from Insights, where your body's signals link through to the full view.
No Oura ring? That's completely fine — the portal works fully without one.
Still stuck?
A real person will help you — with signing in, billing, scheduling, or anything else.
