How It Works

Schedule Appointment Icon

Option 1: Request an Appointment

Submit your appointment request using this link. It’ll only take a couple minutes! Our support team will follow up with your request within 48hrs with provider option(s) and availability.

Step 2: Submit Your Forms

Once we’ve got you scheduled, you’ll receive consent forms in your client portal via email. Please complete all these forms at least 24 hours before your first session. Once we have this information, you will receive an estimate of your cost per session for counseling from our support team.

Step 3: Complete Your Assessments

24 hours before your first scheduled intake session, you will receive a text message from our partner Blueprint. You will be asked to complete a series of questions from an assessment that will help us gather more information for your therapist about your current symptoms. You will review this information in your first session with your therapist.

Step 4: Meet Your Provider!

Meet with your provider virtually on your desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device (iOS or Android) – from your office, kitchen, couch, or wherever you choose! Need help? Download the Telehealth Guidebook to reference.

Eligibility

Mamaya services are available as an in-network benefit under MNPS's Cigna health plans.

Cost

As a behavioral health service, there is no copay under the Certificated Employee Health Plan. A cost-share may apply for support employees in the Cigna HRA and PPO plans; however, Mamaya is also a provider under MNPS's ComPsych EAP, so you may wish to access Mamaya services through the EAP initially to take advantage of no-cost visits. Visit www.MNPSBenefits.org/eap for more information.

Good Faith Estimate Law

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
