I believe therapy should be a place where people feel supported, understood, and empowered to navigate life's challenges. I work with individuals experiencing major life transitions and emotional difficulties, including those adjusting to pregnancy or postpartum, coping with infertility, and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, or identity-related concerns. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs. Drawing from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, I help clients process difficult experiences, develop practical coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and improve overall well-being. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, discover their strengths, and move toward meaningful healing and growth.
