I'm Angela Cross, a therapist who helps individuals—especially teens and young adults—navigate identity, anxiety, self-esteem, and the emotional challenges of growing up. If you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to manage life’s transitions, you don’t have to go through it alone. In therapy, I create a relaxed, relatable, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore who you are, what you value, and where you want to go. My approach is warm, practical, and flexible—every session is tailored to your needs and your pace. Using evidence-based methods like ACT, CBT, and DBT, along with motivational interviewing and psychoeducation, we’ll build tools that help you better manage emotions, challenge negative thinking, and foster lasting self-compassion. Sessions are client-led, meaning we focus on what matters most to you—whether it’s boosting your confidence, coping with anxiety or depression, or strengthening your sense of self. I often incorporate interactive workbooks and simple, meaningful exercises that support insight and progress between sessions. I’m a down-to-earth clinician who values honesty, transparency, and growth.
