About

Sometimes life just doesn’t make sense—and that’s okay. I’m Ana Lutz, a down-to-earth therapist who helps adults facing trauma, identity struggles, burnout, and other challenges that leave you feeling stuck or uncertain. Whether you’re dealing with PTSD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, or just the weight of it all, I offer a grounded space to understand yourself more fully, rebuild relationships, and begin healing in a way that makes sense for your life. My approach is honest, collaborative, and rooted in existential and Gestalt therapy. We’ll look at the big picture—who you are, how your past shaped you, and what needs to change. Therapy with me is flexible and real. Some days we might use emotion charts or journal prompts; other days, we’ll just talk openly and authentically. You’ll always leave with something to reflect on or try between sessions. I work with adults from all walks of life, including veterans, neurodivergent clients, and those navigating life transitions or chronic stress. I cuss, I joke, and I bring my therapy dogs, Broccoli and Ellie, to our video sessions—because healing doesn’t have to be sterile or stiff. Most importantly, I treat you like a whole person, not a project. There’s no finish line to healing, but there is progress—and I’d be honored to walk that path with you. If you’re ready to feel less alone and start building something better, let’s talk.
